GoodvShare Complete User Guide: From Account Creation to Package Delivery

Using GoodvShare consolidation for the first time takes six steps: register and receive your member code, create labels on the Forecast Parcel page, print the labels and ship the boxes to the Taiwan warehouse, wait for the inbound notification, request consolidation and pay, then track the shipment to your door. This guide walks through each screen in order: what to fill in, what to click, and where beginners most often get stuck.

What does the full GoodvShare consolidation process look like?

Consolidation combines several small parcels into a single shipment. The process starts at registration and ends at local delivery, with six points where you personally do something. Everything else, including check-in, measurement, customs clearance and delivery, is handled by the warehouse and the system, so your job is to act when the notifications arrive.

Three reasons consolidation is worth it:

  • Lower freight cost: several items are charged as one shipment, which reduces the average cost per item.
  • Simpler process: one customs clearance instead of many separate declarations.
  • Better protection: professional handling reduces the risk of transit damage.

The process at a glance:

Step What you do What the warehouse and system do
1 Register an account Issue your member code
2 Enter box details on the Forecast Parcel page Generate your labels, including the shipping mark
3 Print the labels and attach them to the right boxes -
4 Ship to the Taiwan warehouse for that route Scan the boxes in and notify you
5 Request consolidation, confirm the cost and pay Measure, calculate freight, arrange departure
6 Track the shipment and wait for delivery Dispatch, clear customs, deliver locally

How do you register, and what are the member code and shipping mark?

Registration needs only your name, an email address and a password of at least 8 characters, or you can sign in with a Google account instead. Once you are registered the system issues a member code, which functions as your identity at the warehouse.

The steps:

  1. Go to the GoodvShare site and select Register / Sign in.
  2. Switch to the Register tab.
  3. Enter your name, email address and a password of at least 8 characters, then confirm the password.
  4. Submit and you are done. Alternatively, sign in with a Google account in one click.
  5. The system automatically issues your member code.

The member code is your unique identifier at GoodvShare, and it is the code you give to Taiwanese sellers when they ship on your behalf.

Shipping mark = member code plus route code. Sea and air each have their own route code, so your mark differs depending on which route you use. Once logged in, the warehouse address page in the member area shows each warehouse address with its matching mark and lets you copy it directly. The mark must go in the recipient field when you ship to the warehouse, otherwise the parcel cannot be checked in.

What do you fill in when forecasting a parcel?

The Forecast Parcel page has three sections: shared settings, recipient details and the per-box detail, and you can forecast up to 20 boxes at once. The shared settings apply to every box in the batch, while the per-box detail is entered separately for each carton.

Shared settings, applied to all boxes

  • Shipping method: sea or air. Once selected, the available routes and their estimated transit days are listed below.
  • Route: when only one route is available, the system selects it automatically.
  • Dispatch mode:
    • Immediate dispatch: all forecast parcels ship as soon as they arrive together, which suits boxes that reach the warehouse at the same time.
    • Consolidate first: boxes may arrive at different times, and everything ships together once the last one lands. Charging several items as one shipment is cheaper.

Recipient details

  • Recipient name, phone number and delivery address. These are mandatory for immediate dispatch, and can be left blank for now if you choose to consolidate first.
  • State, city and postcode. Once the state is chosen the city becomes a dropdown, and the postcode is usually filled in for you.
  • The destination country is set automatically from the route you selected.
  • Smart recognition lets you paste a whole block of recipient details and have the fields split out automatically. You can also pick from the address book, and any address you enter is saved there for next time.

For how a Malaysian address should be written, see the Malaysia address format guide.

Per-box detail, with all four fields mandatory

  • Taiwan tracking number: the domestic courier tracking number, for example from a local Taiwanese courier.
  • Item description: for example "clothing x5, shoes x2, food (biscuits, sweets)".
  • Estimated weight in KG
  • Declared value in TWD

From the second box onwards, Copy previous box carries over the item description and the declared value. Lower down the page your sender details are filled in automatically: name, shipping mark and email address. For how to set the declared value without causing problems, see declared value and customs.

Once you confirm the forecast, the system generates a label for each box and takes you to the label page.

How do you print labels and ship to the Taiwan warehouse?

The label page prints the whole batch at once. Attach each label to its box, then ship the boxes to the Taiwan warehouse for that route. The label carries the shipping mark in large type along with a barcode, which is how the warehouse identifies the box and assigns it to you.

In practice:

  1. Press print on the label page. Multiple boxes can be printed in one go.
  2. Attach each label to the matching box, so the box numbers line up.
  3. Send the boxes with a Taiwanese domestic courier to the warehouse address for that route, putting your shipping mark in the recipient field.
  4. Once the warehouse scans the boxes in, the system notifies you.

If a Taiwanese seller is shipping direct on your behalf, give them the warehouse address and the mark together, and remind them that the mark belongs in the recipient field. The packing itself also matters, because most damage happens after the box leaves you. The method is set out in the consolidation packing guide.

The labelling and warehouse-delivery detail is in how to label and ship to the warehouse, and the forecasting detail in how to pre-declare parcels.

How do you request consolidation and pay after check-in?

Once a parcel shows as checked in, go to the consolidation request page, select the boxes you want to send and choose a route, and the system calculates the freight from the published rates. Confirm the amount, tick the declaration and disclaimer, and submit. The order then moves to awaiting payment.

The flow:

  1. Select parcels: tick the checked-in boxes you want to send this time.
  2. Choose a route: freight is calculated automatically from the rate table, and sea shipments also show total volume in CBM.
  3. Confirm the delivery address.
  4. Tick the declarations: confirm that the declared contents are accurate and read the disclaimer.
  5. Create the consolidation order: the status becomes awaiting payment.
  6. Complete payment.

Payment methods:

  • Wallet balance: top up first, then pay from the balance, which is the quickest option.
  • Card payment: credit or debit card through the ECPay gateway.
  • ATM transfer and convenience store payment codes through the same gateway.
  • LINE Pay
  • Bank transfer or TNG eWallet: upload the remittance details, which are then reviewed manually.

The methods actually shown depend on the route configuration. For costs that can arise beyond freight, see hidden fees in consolidation. To estimate the amount in advance, use the online calculator.

What does each parcel status mean?

Order status runs from awaiting check-in through to delivered, with the transit phase broken into loading, dispatched, arrived, clearing customs and out for delivery. Reading the status tells you which leg the parcel is on and who to ask when something goes wrong.

Status Meaning
Awaiting check-in Forecast complete, the box has not reached the Taiwan warehouse yet
Checked in The warehouse has scanned and measured the box
Awaiting payment The consolidation order exists and is waiting to be paid

Arrived at destination The shipment has reached the destination country
Clearing customs Being processed by destination customs

Frequently Asked Questions

Where in Malaysia can you deliver?

Anywhere in Malaysia, covering West Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, Johor and so on) and East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). East Malaysia has its own dedicated routes, listed on the routes overview.

Can a forecast be edited afterwards?

While the status is awaiting check-in you can edit the item description and the declared value. Once the box is checked in, weight and volume follow the warehouse's actual measurement.

Can a parcel be returned to Taiwan?

Yes, but an additional charge applies. Contact customer service before arranging a return so feasibility and cost can be confirmed.

Do recipient details have to be entered at the forecast stage?

They are mandatory if you choose immediate dispatch. If you choose to consolidate first, they can be left blank and filled in when you request consolidation.

What happens if a parcel is damaged or lost?

Keep photographs of the outer box and the contents before contacting customer service. The claims process and the evidence required are covered in damage and loss claims.

Three reminders for your first shipment

  1. Forecast before you ship: generate and attach the label first so the warehouse can assign the box immediately, and request consolidation promptly after check-in to avoid storage charges.
  2. Declare sensibly: declare the real value of the goods to avoid customs problems.
  3. Check your notifications: turn on email notifications so you see status changes as they happen.
