How is shipping calculated?
Air is charged by actual or volumetric weight (L×W×H÷5000), whichever is greater, min 1 kg; sea by volume (CBM), min 0.5 CBM.
How long do air and sea take?
West Malaysia: air ~5 days, sea ~30 days; East Malaysia: air ~10 days, sea ~50 days. Air for urgent, sea to save on bulk.
Is there tax shipping to Malaysia?
GoodVShare's standard service is tax-inclusive double clearance — customs cleared both sides, tax in the freight, no extra charge on delivery.
Where is the warehouse?
We have a Taichung sea warehouse and a Taoyuan air warehouse. Check the Warehouse Address page after login, or type "warehouse" to our LINE.
How long until check-in?
Parcels are usually scanned in within 1-2 business days of arriving at the warehouse; you'll be notified once checked in.
What can't be shipped?
Lithium batteries, power banks, spare batteries (banned by air) and flammables like perfume are restricted — confirm first.
Can I ship multiple parcels at once?
Yes. Multiple sellers and orders can gather at the warehouse and ship combined, sharing freight to save.
